Every year, Gogo brings its customers together for CWC. For the 2027 conference, I developed a visual theme that felt distinct to the event while staying connected to the Gogo brand.

The idea was simple: take the geometric tiles from the existing identity and turn them into a flexible set of shapes, icons, and patterns that could work across invitations, social posts, and the sponsorship package.

The shapes

Six shapes, all built on the same square grid. Each cell can hold a different shape, making it easy to create patterns without losing consistency.

The icons

Seven line icons cover the essentials: satellites, aircraft, the cabin, connectivity, and partnership.

Color

Four shades of blue, plus a pale line color. The variation comes from contrast, not a collection of new hues.

Flexible by design

The same elements work as a full composition or a narrow border, depending on the format.

The save-the-date became a series of social posts. The type holds the left and the kit fills the right. Some use the pattern and icon tiles; others bring in photography of the resort to give the event a stronger sense of place.

Four CWC 2027 save-the-date posts shown as social feed cards: two tile-pattern versions with different icon sets, and two versions pairing the pattern with photos of La Cantera Resort, one on navy and one on a light sky background
Live social posts. The icon set changes per audience; the resort versions add place to the pattern.

The seven-page digital package for prospective sponsors introduces the venue and lays out the sponsorship tiers. Each tier has its own color and icon, making the options easy to distinguish while keeping the overall look consistent.
