Kiewit Real Estate Look Book lying on a walnut coffee table beside an open copy at the Welcome spread, with magazines, a succulent and a coffee mug in afternoon light
Printed Kiewit lookbook open on a concrete surface: a Feature Projects spread with interior photos of a boardroom, a library corridor and a glass meeting room, beside a yellow panel with 171,862 sqft and 650 seats
Kiewit lookbook spread: the Feature Projects opener over a lobby with a vintage yellow truck, facing a yellow Kiewit Headquarters page with project facts

Kiewit’s real estate team needed a lookbook showcasing office interiors created with Eastec Design Group. The challenge was to give the photography room to breathe while staying unmistakably Kiewit.

I handled the lookbook from start to finish, including typography, image selection, layout, and print preparation.

Kiewit’s yellow sets the structure. Full-yellow pages introduce each chapter, a yellow rule runs along the bottom of every spread, and the brand’s condensed type carries the headlines.

The interiors get the space; the facts sit alongside them.

Lookbook spread opening the Feature Projects chapter: a lobby with a vintage yellow pickup truck beside a full yellow page for Kiewit Headquarters in Omaha, with 171,862 sqft and 650 seats
Kiewit Regional Headquarters spread: an office building at dusk beside a yellow page with project details, 363,505 sqft and 1750 seats
Each featured project opens with a full-page photograph facing a yellow page with the key details.
People of Kiewit spread: black-and-white photos of construction crews and office teams, with a yellow quote box
People of Kiewit: black-and-white photography brings the people into the story while keeping yellow as the only color accent.

Growth and sustainability figures are set in large type with simple line icons, so the important numbers are easy to pick out without reading through a paragraph.

Growth in 5 Years spread: a full yellow page facing sustainability figures set in large type with yellow line icons
Design Standards spread: a kitchenette photo and space planning text facing floor plan diagrams for functional zones, work areas and circulation
Design Standards: space-planning diagrams provide a clear, practical reference for functional zones, work areas, and circulation.
Feature project spread: a grid of interior photos showing open offices, meeting rooms and a reception area
Feature projects: the interior photography leads each spread.
